I uphold the Code of Ethics of the International Coach Federation

I also support the WABC Code of Business Coaching Ethics and Integrity

This means that I:

• Apply high standards of honesty and integrity to my coaching practice;
• Maintain strict confidentiality with all client and sponsor information;
• Put clients first while respecting the objectives of clients’ organizations;
• Develop appropriate coaching service agreements (oral or written);
• Respect diversity and personal uniqueness;
• Treat all people fairly and with respect and dignity;
• Work within the limits of my competence;
• Refer to other professionals when appropriate;
• Seek feedback to improve my coaching; and,
• Continually improve my coaching through learning and development.
